last week is our group serving and this week change to group 2, which group will do 1 time of serving and cooking on same topic,2day our topic is asian buffet,first time trying to prepare for the buffet,abit afraid cant do,bt lucky my group lidder elieen is help me alot,she know i was very tired for this pass few day,so she call rox help me too cook also.thx alot of all my groupmate,specialy ADRIAN LAI,ELLIEN ,TAN help me prapare the ingredients of sauce ROX help me fried the fish and my head chef VENCENT help kacau only,hehe......
2day we hv 12 courses,including of 4 starter 4 main course and 4 dessert
our starter hv ROJAK BUAH,CHICKEN AND GLASS NOODLE SALAD,ASSORTED SUSHI AND SEAFOOD TOM YAM,MAIN COURSE WE HV chicken kalio,escabche, stirfried beef with pineapple vietamese style and nyonya style long beans in dried spices,lastly is dessert we hv CAREMAL CAKE,AGAR AGAR,BOBOCHACHA AND MIX FRUITE
2day i hv a great feel for working wit they all,thx alot,and group 2 also done a great job,
